Q : why our skin can become darker if we get burn by the sun??

A : because, sun light contains ultraviolet which is bad for our body. as you know, that people's skin contains brown pigment (melanin) which absorbs ultraviolet so that we won't have greater ultraviolet in our body. when we have sunbathe, our pigment become more in amount to protect our skin. in human, for those who  live in warm area, their skin contains  more melanin. this is the product from area adaptation.

Mini info : fleck is a black stain which is created from melanin pigment

do we have more bones than someone else older than us (parents, teachers, grandparents, etc??

A baby has more less 300 bones. as we know that the function of our bones are to hold our body, protect us, and it is also a place to produce blood.

in baby's body, there are more less 300 bones. however, as our body develop, the small bones of our feet and hands will be connected. because our body has a different process in connecting our bones, so every people doesn't have the same amount of bones. adults have more less 200 bones.

bones development in boys stop between 18 - 21 years old, meanwhile in girls 16 - 18 years old.

mini fact : the shortest bone in our body are the ossicle bones, which are located in our ears. it's only maybe 3 mm.

answer : YES, we do.
WHAT IS DIALYSIS??
Dialysis is the artificial process of eliminating waste (diffusion) and unwanted water (ultrafiltration) from the blood. Our kidneys do this naturally. Some people, however, may have failed or damaged kidneys which cannot carry out the function properly - they may need dialysis.

In other words, dialysis is the artificial replacement for lost kidney function (renal replacement therapy).

Dialysis may be used for patients who have become ill and have acute kidney failure (temporary loss of kidney function), or for fairly stable patients who have permanently lost kidney function (stage 5 chronic kidney disease).
When we are healthy our kidneys regulate our body levels of water and minerals, and remove waste. The kidneys also produce erythropoietin and 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol (calcitriol) as part of the endocrine system. Dialysis does not correct the endocrine functions of failed kidneys - it only replaces some kidney functions, such as waste removal and fluid removal.

Dialysis and altitude - A study found that death rate for dialysis patients are 10% - 15% lower for those whose homes are higher than 4,000 feet, compared to those who live at sea level.

Some countries, such as the UK, are predicting a doubling of the number of patients on dialysis machine.
